The views from our Penthouse Condo at The Palms in Orange Beach are Fabulous. With the wrap around balcony you have views all around of the Beautiful White Sandy Beaches and Blue Green Waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
The Balcony has a Table with 4 chairs and 4 additional comfortable chairs for enjoying your first cup of coffee in the morning while watching the Dolphins and Deep Sea Fishing Boats going through the Pass for their daily catch. Then after a Wonderful Day on the Beach you can relax with an evening cocktail while watching the Boats return with their bountiful catch of the day.
The Living room is furnished with comfortable furniture to relax while looking at the views or watching a movie on the Large Flat Screen TV with DVD. Our Living room has wall to wall Sliding Glass doors that open onto the spacious Balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Since we do not have a sleeper we provide an inflatable queen mattress for the additional guests.
The Dining room which also has views of the Gulf of Mexico has a table that seats 6. There is a Breakfast Bar with additional seating and the Kitchen also has a table with seating for 4.
The Kitchen is fully stocked for the gourmet cook or the quick meal before hitting the Beach
There is a full size Washer and Dryer. All linens are provided.
The Master Bedroom which has Sliding Glass doors that open onto the Beach Front Balcony is furnished with a comfortable King Size Bed with Large TV and DVD. There is a private bath.
The 1st Guest Room which also opens onto the wrap around balcony is also furnished with a comfortable King Size Bed and Large TV and DVD. This bedroom also has a private bathroom
The 2nd Guest Room is again furnished with a comfortable King Size Bed and Large TV with DVD. This bedroom also has access to the wrap around Balcony.
This gives every visitor a wonderful view.
There is a 3rd full Bath that opens to the Hallway to also accommodate your drop in guests.
The Complex is complete with WiFi.
There is a Large Outdoor Pool, Indoor Pool, Fitness Room, Sauna, Tennis Courts, and Grills.
